The Hawks continues to strengthen its nationwide fuel distribution network with the launch of Hawks Fuel Hithadhoo, serving the community of L. Hithadhoo in Laamu Atoll, home to 1329 residents. With a storage capacity of 20,000 litres of petrol and 20,000 litres of diesel, the station meets the daily fuel needs of residents, businesses, fishing vessels, and other essential operations.
The new station adds to The Hawks growing presence across the Maldives, bringing consistent fuel access closer to communities that have long relied on limited or inconsistent supply. For L. Hithadhoo, this means reduced downtime for fishing vessels, more stable costs for local businesses, and greater self-sufficiency for daily island life.
With the opening of Hawks Fuel Hithadhoo reflects The Hawks’ broader commitment to strengthening energy infrastructure in the outer atolls, supporting both economic activity and quality of life in island communities nationwide.
